Frequently Asked Questions
How are the percentages calculated?
Each option percentage is its positive weight divided by the total weight of all valid options. For example, weights of 1 and 3 become 25% and 75%.
Do my weights need to add up to 100?
No. The weights are relative. You can use 1 and 1 for equal chances, 1 and 3 for a 25% and 75% split, or any other positive values.
Are options with invalid weights included?
No. A row needs both a label and a positive numeric weight to be included. At least two valid rows are required before you can spin.
Does the chance wheel save my options?
Yes. Your current labels and weights are saved locally in this browser on the same device. No account or cloud sync is required.
